Instrumentation – Case Study 3

An ongoing client contact us regarding refurbishment of two large incineration systems. Working closely with another local engineering project management company assigned by the client.

Work involved detailed project proposals and costing. The scope of supply included miscellaneous control panels and termination panels, small power and lighting systems and installation of new tray work and cable containment within an existing tower structure and new control room.

In addition to this Hornbill were responsible for installation of all cable work and termination boxes; installation of new instrumentation together with loop testing and commissioning as well as the provision of drawings.

We had to ensure all work was carried out without significant disruption to the operating plant. The project was completed within the time scale required.
